In the heart of the forest in the Laurentian mountains, you will discover survival in Val-des-Lacs, near Mont-Tremblant and Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. For 5 hours, a professional guide will teach you the basics of survival: how to build a fire in all circumstances, how to build a makeshift shelter, how to find your way without a GPS, how to cook over an open fire, and even more unusual techniques such as how to fish for trout with your bare hands, an ancestral method!

This introduction to survival in the Laurentians is open to children aged 8 and over, making it the ideal way to spend a day of discovery with the whole family. You will have lunch in the open air, like adventurers lost in the middle of nowhere, just an hour and a half's drive from Montreal. This is a completely unplugged activity designed not only to teach you the basics of survival but also to reconnect you with nature for a few hours.

So put down your smartphones and get ready to discover survival in the Laurentians, a fun and rewarding experience in Quebec!
