Sporty Descent of the Chassezac Canyon in Prévenchères, Lozère

- Meet the instructor in the car park at the Belvédère du Chassezac, 10 to 15 minutes before the activity begins

- Briefing on the programme of the activity and safety instructions

- Distribution of materials and equipment

- A 25-minute walk to get there

- Set off on a 6-hour descent through the Haut Chassezac canyon: abseiling, jumps, waterfalls and natural slides.

- A 50-minute walk back to the meeting point

- Packing up, debriefing and end of the activity

To take part in this activity, you must be able to swim and be capable of completing a 6-hour hike in the countryside.

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity begins.

Parental consent is required for minors taking part in the activity.

Participants must not have any medical contraindications to taking part in the activity.

This activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with disabilities.

A minimum of four participants is required for the activity to take place.

You can take part in the activity whilst wearing glasses, provided you attach them to a cord so that you don’t lose them along the way.
