Activity requirements
- You must be able to swim 25 metres and to go underwater in order to participate in this activity.
- You must be in good physical condition with no medical contraindication against the practice of white water sports.
- It is not necessary to have a previous experience in rafting and hydrospeed. However it is highly recommended to have at least practice one of these activities in order to fully enjoy your day.

Choose a day of rafting and hydrospeed on the Isère river for even more thrills, just outside La Plagne!
Get ready to spend a whole day on the Isère. You start with a sporty and complete descent of the Isère in rafting in the morning. On the programme: swimming exercises, raft turning, bumps, wheeling... Even on board the raft, you are not spared from the water!
In the afternoon, you continue with a 12 km hydrospeed descent, this time to feel the river from the inside. On the descent are the most beautiful sections of the Isère: the Rapides d'Aime, the Gorges de la Pucelle and the Rapides de Centron.
From La Plagne, you can ride fast currents, surf, waves, etc. for maximum thrills! Isère has been the setting for many World Canoe-Kayak Championships, international races and French Championships. The perfect place to have fun!
