Come try out canyoning in the hot waters of Thuès-les-Bains thermal station in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees Regional Nature Park!

The hot spring canyon of Thuès-les-Bains is located between Thuès-entre-Valls and Nyer. It offers you the possibility to practice the activity even when it's cold!

Your instructor will equip you with a neoprene suit, a harness and a helmet. You will descend a mountain stream (from 4 to 35 metres) in a hot water (35ºC) in winter.

You will be able to swim in natural basins, and slip in natural slides. To participate, you only need to know how to swim, your guide will accompany you throughout the excursion and adapt to your level.

This canyoning excursion is ideal for beginners, so you can come with your family!
