Freediving Excursion in Moorea Lagoon

A real passion for the marine world and freediving awaits you on this freediving excursion in Moorea, an adventure rich in discovery and relaxation in the paradisiacal setting of French Polynesia. The lagoon in which you will have the pleasure of diving, at 2 or 3 snorkelling sites up to 15 metres deep, is teeming with exceptional underwater flora and fauna: coral gardens, tropical fish, stingrays, black-tip sharks, turtles, and more. You will come out of the water with stars in your eyes every time!

This freediving exploration experience in Moorea's lagoon will take you out to sea for 2 to 3 hours (depending on the day's sea conditions), heading for the best spots to discover Polynesian underwater life. Before each freediving session, your instructor will give you stretching, breathing and meditation exercises to help you feel relaxed and in total harmony with the ocean once you are underwater. You will then be able to improve your freediving techniques while enjoying Polynesia's superb underwater scenery: coral gardens, drop-offs, etc. The instructors will be with you in the water at around 26°C all year round, ensuring your safety at all times.

In a small group of no more than 6 participants, you will enjoy a quiet and friendly activity, ideal for improving your freediving techniques in the Moorea lagoon while admiring the incredible Polynesian underwater world!
