Keep in mind that this activity takes place in a RIB boat, which is essentially a rubber speedboat, which has no cover from the elements and the Arctic cold, which is why your instructor provides high-quality winter apparel. With that in mind, you should remember to bring bring very warm layers to wear under the thermal suit, including wool or thermal underwear, extra layers on top, and even a wind and waterproof jacket that you'll wear under the suit.
