Practical information
Meet your team of guides for a full brief, before driving to the trail’s starting point, Piton Maïdo. You will then head out onto the trail, negotiating testing ascents through rich forestation on your way up to one of the highest peaks on the island.
Once you reach the summit, there will be plenty of photo opportunities thanks to breath-taking panoramic views. You will then head down to La Glacière, a jagged landscape of old volcanic rock that holds water pools and next to deep, dark caves.
This private tour is available every day of the week: it is an à la carte tour, specially designed for you.

This track covers 15km so a moderate fitness level is required.

Bureau Montagne Réunion offers daily outings with no minimum number of participants, for a guaranteed departure from the first reservation.
