Located in northern Slovenia near the Italian border, the Sava River is born in the Julian Alps and it flows through the mountainous region all the way towards Lake Bohinj. Its source is the thaw of the snow and glaciers in the peaks. The Sava River flows near Jesenice and Bled creating an amazing playground for an outstanding rafting trip!

On this rafting trip, you'll paddle your way down the river on board a specially designed raft guided by a professional instructor. The raft has a capacity of 6 people to 8 people, including your instructor who with his expertise will guide you as you sort the obstacles. Rafting is an amazing sport that helps create bonds between teams or families since you're required to work together.

The Sava River has class II, III, and IV rapids that will require you to stay alert. The thrill and the rush you'll from facing these challenging waters will make your trip to Slovenia a memory forever!

The river was a bit shallow so our adrenalin was not so high, but otherwise it was good!
