There are plenty of opportunities for hiking in Cape Town, with beaches, mountains and nature reserves offering breathtaking scenery. But many of them require a fair amount of effort, from a steep climb to a long distance, which may not be accessible to everyone. So if you are looking for an easy hike, open to children from the age of 6 and without technical difficulties, this one is for you! Lasting between 2.5 and 3 hours over a 5-6 km trail, this hike will take you between the sea and the mountains, from Lion's Head's contour to Camps Bay Beach, passing through the Glen Forest and offering a multitude of exceptional landscapes.
Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a local guide who will share with you his love of the region, its history, culture, wildlife, flora and many other secrets that Cape Town and its Table Mountain National Park have to offer. In small groups (up to a maximum of 10 participants), you will enjoy a friendly experience on a little-known walking route, giving you a whole new perspective on Cape Town and its most majestic surroundings. You will walk between fynbos and protea, with the chance to spot local wildlife including birds, lizards and dassies. Finally, once you have reached your final destination, Camps Bay Beach, you are free to stay and swim, rest, etc., before making your own way back to your accommodation (only the pick-up to your accommodation is included, not the drop-off).
