If you like strong emotions and nature, the descent of the Barranco del Sorrosal (Huesca) in the Pyrenees is made for you!

In the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees, in Huesca, 5 minutes from Torla-Ordesa and only 20 minutes from the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido, you will find the Barranco del Sorrosal, between the villages of Frajen and Broto. This is one of the great canyons of the Pyrenees, level 3-4, with long waterfalls, jumps and abseils, making it ideal for those who already have experience in canyoning.

The instructors of Awa Aventura will guide you in the descent of the Sorrosal canyon. This canyoning activity starts at the car park in Broto, with a 45-minute approach walk to the start of the canyon. From this moment on: the fun begins! Jumps, slides, abseiling through geological formations of flysch. And to finish... an impressive 100-metre waterfall that you will descend with two 45-metre rappels. An activity full of adrenaline, which will not leave you indifferent and for which an advanced level is recommended due to its technicality.

Come and descend the Sorrosal ravine: one of the most spectacular ravines in the Pyrenees!

We ended up doing 2 different canyons, it was physically challenging but our group did just fine, it was actually exactly the level of difficulty we were hoping for, challenging but still so much fun and the views were incredible.
