Practical information

Course of events

- Arrival at the meeting point.

- Briefing on the activity and the use of skis and equipment as well as explanation on what to do in case of avalanche.

- Visit to the rental store to find the equipment that best suits each participant.

- Design and planning of the route with the guide according to the level.

- Beginning of the route guided by the instructor and technique and improvement of ski mountaineering during the course day.

- Return to the equipment rental store at the end of the day.

Activity requirements

It is recommended to be in good physical shape to endure the climbs and to be able to descend with enough energy.

It is necessary to have sufficient level in alpine skiing to comfortably descend red and black slopes.
