For me was firts time doing this, and I never did anything like that before (other surf related activits), I just did gynasio training. This surf lesson was demanding, I've got serius tiered, the waves just keep coming, and trying to surf most of them was phisicaly exausting. Perhaps some guideness about resting once in a while and select a easy waves to surf would help in such phisical demanding activity.

2x 1 hour of snorkeling. We went to Berlengas with a speed boat. Very cool trip but not for the faint hearted :)
