Absolutely. Indoor skydiving is designed for participants of all experience levels. Certified guides provide thorough instruction and support throughout the activity, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Most facilities welcome children from a certain age (often around 4 or 5 years old), and there are generally no strict fitness requirements. However, participants should be in good health and consult the guide if they have any specific concerns.
A typical session, including briefing and flight time, lasts about one to two hours. The actual flight time in the wind tunnel is usually divided into several short flights, allowing you to rest and receive feedback between turns.
No special equipment is needed. The facility provides all necessary gear, including suits, helmets, and goggles. Just bring comfortable clothing and a sense of adventure.
While walk-ins may be possible during quieter periods, it is highly recommended to book your session in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially during peak times.
