Safety is at the core of every experience. The park uses certified high-quality equipment, conducts daily inspections of all facilities, and begins every activity with a full safety briefing. A team of over 20 trained, bilingual guides (Spanish and English) is on hand to accompany you every step of the way and ensure a secure, enjoyable activity for everyone.

In between adrenaline-fueled moments, take in the incredible surroundings of the Monteverde cloud forest. From the platforms or along the connecting trails, it's common to spot butterflies, monkeys, tropical birds and endemic plant species. It is more than just an adventure: it is a real immersion in nature.

Not joining the activity? You’re still in for a treat. From scenic viewpoints around the park, you can soak in the stunning forest views or cheer on your friends and family as they take on the challenges.

Facilities include clean restrooms and an on-site restaurant. While there are no lockers, guests can safely leave personal belongings at the reception under staff supervision.

A shuttle service is available from Monteverde town center for $5.65 per person (round trip). Advance booking is recommended when confirming your activity.
