Founded in 2018, the team specialises in creating immersive, nature-based experiences that are as surprising as they are accessible — with coasteering as their signature activity. This thrilling sport combines swimming, cliff jumping, scrambling and rock climbing, all under the guidance of certified and experienced instructors.

Whether you're a first-timer, a family with teens, or a group of adventurous friends, each experience is tailored to your level. Safety is a top priority, with certified equipment, thorough weather checks, and a support boat for all water-based outings.

About Soft Coasteering in the Parque Natural da Arrábida.
Our guide Rui was amazing ! Not only was he knowledgable on the geography and history of the area making the activity all the more interesting but he was there for motivation and words of encouragement that really got me to push past what I f thought I was capable of ! Had it not been for his motivation I may not have completed the course and I would’ve regretted it!
