Nordic Connect Travel

Nordic Connect Travel is a local guide agency based in Tällberg, in the Dalarna region of Sweden, offering walking tours, e-bike tours and cultural excursions. Visitors explore the Nordic countryside via a variety of routes along lakes, through forests and into the heart of traditional villages such as Tällberg and Nedre Gärdsjö.

Guided activities include hikes combined with preparing fika or traditional lunches around a campfire, meditation sessions in the forest, and a minibus trip to the Siljan Ring meteorite crater. The walks and forest dinners are suitable for children aged 7 and over, whilst the historical and cultural tour of the Matz family farm is recommended for those aged 16 and over.

Themed cultural excursions, particularly those centred on Midsummer traditions, are organised from late June to late August. Each itinerary includes personalised guidance from a local guide, the loan of specialist equipment such as electric-assist bikes for cycling tours, and an immersive experience focusing on the region’s heritage and geology.
