Planète Apnée

Planète Apnée is a certified school founded in 2022 in Veyrier-du-Lac, with over 4 years of experience in the Haute-Savoie region. Specialising in freediving and snorkeling on Lake Annecy, the centre offers introductory sessions, guided underwater excursions, and technical coaching. The experience is based around a unique mobile infrastructure, including a new platform boat which is the first 100% autonomous vessel on the lake powered exclusively by solar energy. This technology ensures zero-emission and noise-free navigation during outings. All technical equipment, including wetsuits for thermal comfort and freediving gear, is provided and maintained by the school. To ensure safety and personalised supervision, activities are led by a qualified and experienced instructor in small groups. A technical and safety briefing is conducted before every session. Recognised for its environmental and territorial commitment, Planète Apnée holds the Initiative Remarquable label. The site is accessible via cycle paths, bus, and has a nearby car park. Toilets are also available for participants near the departure point.
