About Canoe Kayak Rental on the Hérault River in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
Great activity for all the family! Recommend the 12km route as a bitore interesting than just the 6km. Allow yourself plenty of time for it though so not rushing in the end to get to your pick up. Also, bring a little bit of cash for the cafe nr the end of the route, you will welcome the water break!!

About Tubing down the Lergue in Ceyras, near Montpellier.
Went with family 2 adults and 2 children (11yrs and 14yrs) Everyone absolutly loved it! My wife at first wasn't sure about it but she admitted by the end how much she liked floating down the river and the bits with small rapids! There isn't anywhere to get food so I'd advice to bring sunscreen, food and a drink and be prepared to allow upto 4 to 5 hrs for it. It's a great way to spend a day, especially when it's really hot! Going to be going again next year!

About Canoe Kayak Rental on the Hérault River in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
Relaxing canoe to the river and then back. Started early and had to 18:00 hrs to complete the distance which meant lots of ti my e for relaxation and enjoying the views.

Great activity. Challenging at times and not for the faint hearted but my boys loved it. Lots of opportunities to jump
