Montréal stands as a city where history, culture, and nature intertwine, making it an exceptional destination for sightseeing tours. Nestled on an island in the St. Lawrence River, Montréal offers a striking panorama of urban architecture framed by the gentle rise of Mount Royal and the shimmering waters that surround it. The city’s vibrant neighbourhoods, from the cobbled streets of Old Montréal to the colourful façades of Plateau Mont-Royal, invite exploration at every turn. Here, the air carries the aroma of fresh pastries from local bakeries, while the sound of street musicians drifts through leafy parks and bustling squares. Sightseeing in Montréal is not just about ticking off landmarks; it is an immersion into a city where every corner reveals a new story, a new flavour, or a new perspective.

Embarking on a sightseeing tour in Montréal is a dynamic and varied experience. Guided walks through Old Montréal reveal centuries-old stone buildings bathed in golden afternoon light, their textures worn smooth by time. Cycling tours trace the city’s extensive network of bike paths, skirting the banks of the Lachine Canal or weaving through the lush greenery of Parc Jean-Drapeau. For a different vantage point, boat excursions on the St. Lawrence River offer sweeping views of the city skyline, especially striking at sunset when the water reflects the changing colours of the sky. Each route presents a balance of lively urban energy and moments of quiet reflection, whether pausing in a shaded square or feeling the cool river breeze. Tours typically last from two to four hours, accommodating a range of interests and fitness levels, and can be tailored to focus on art, gastronomy, architecture, or Montréal’s diverse communities.

I enjoyed the dogs and the scenery. It was more work than anticipated since our dogs were slower than most

So many dogs!! Very fun activity where we got to drive the sled ourselves through the woods. Staff were very friendly and dogs seemed taken well care of. Definitely would recommend as easy day trip from Montreal

Fantastic, unique activity. Learned a lot, beautiful scenery and got to spend a lot of time with the dogs. The guides were so kind and helpful. The dogs were really well cared for. Nice touches with hot chocolate or warm spiced wine at the end of the adventure.

Such an amazing experience! Unlike anything we have ever done before. We did the dog sledding at Les Aventures Liguoriennes on a recommendation and couldn't have been happier that we did! Recommend 100%!
