COCO, verdon rafting & canyon is a company founded in 2025 in the Verdon Gorges area, offering rafting descents in the Verdon Gorges and canyoning excursions in the Verdon Grand Canyon. Founded in 2025, representing more than 1 year of activity, the structure operates via a mobile base located right by the activity sites. The rafting and canyoning sessions are supervised by State-certified guides for white water sports. These professionals also work as lifeguards during the rest of the year. To ensure close supervision, group sizes are strictly limited to a maximum of 9 people per guide. All necessary technical equipment is provided for each participant, including new neoprene wetsuits, helmets, life jackets, and paddles, while transport to the sites is fully handled by the company. A comprehensive safety briefing is delivered by the instructor before negotiating each technical section on the river. Throughout the descent, you learn detailed information regarding the local fauna and flora, reflecting the team's commitment to protecting and preserving this aquatic environment.

Communication was excellent. The location was clearly explained, and during the tour there was great interaction with the guides, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

We were the only two English speakers in our group, so they made sure that the one of the two guides who could speak English would guide us personally. He made sure that we were aware of the safety instructions and guided us through ahead of the group so that he could explain the procedure for the rapid up ahead, as well as tell us information about the area. Great service and really made our experience so much better!

Some waiting time in the beginning. Great guide. A little more information about the content of the tour would be nice. Rafting it self was great.
