Rafting in the Gorges du Verdon is a must if you want to spend some quality time with family and friends! In a sublime setting, discover places inaccessible on foot and explore the unspoilt wilderness of Europe's largest canyon by raft!
In an inflatable boat, in a group of up to 8 people and under the supervision of your state-certified guide, you'll experience the joys of white water rafting down the Verdon rapids from Castellane. Depending on your level and your desires, you can choose between two rafting routes on the Verdon.
The Pont de Soleil route allows you to discover the gradual evolution of the Verdon's grand canyon. You embark at Castellane and then raft down 14 kilometres of the Verdon for around 2? hours. You'll alternate between rapids and calmer zones, to help you recover from your efforts. You can also admire the Cadières de Brandis before crossing the Talloire rapids and the Barre Saint Jean rapid.
