Located in La Palud-sur-Verdon, between Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and Castellane, the via cordata du Trou du Renard offers a superb climbing route in the Gorges du Verdon. Perched 200 metres above the Verdon river on limestone cliffs, this via cordata is a route equipped with ropes — as opposed to a via ferrata, which uses metal cables.
Under the supervision of an experienced instructor, you'll make your way through the via cordata du Trou du Renard in approximately 2 hours, at a pace that suits you. A variety of fun and exciting obstacles await throughout: jumps, abseils — including one of 20 metres — and a 40-metre zip line! The via cordata du Trou du Renard is a highly exposed route in the Gorges du Verdon, so it is not recommended for anyone with a fear of heights.
Offering stunning panoramic views over the Gorges du Verdon and a healthy dose of adrenaline, the via cordata du Trou du Renard is not to be missed if you're looking for an exhilarating sporting experience between Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and Castellane!
