On arrival at the meeting point in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, you will be met by your state-qualified caving guide. He'll explain how the activity works and give you a safety briefing. Before you start caving in the 2 Avens cave, your instructor will provide you with the necessary equipment: a wetsuit, gloves and a helmet.

Your caving activity in the Ardèche will begin with a short 20-minute hike. On arrival at the entrance to the 2 Avens cave, you'll be able to immerse yourself completely in the underground world thanks to vertical (a 20-metre abseil) and horizontal exploration.
