When you arrive at the meeting point in Sanilhac, you'll be welcomed and meet your state-qualified caving guide. He'll explain how the activity works and give you a safety briefing. Before starting the activity, your instructor will provide you with the necessary equipment: a wetsuit, gloves and a helmet.
