- Meeting point on the Ibie caving parking, Rte des Gorges de l'Ardèche, 07150 Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
- Equipment set up by your instructor.
- Approach walk to the cave of 15 minutes.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, the equipment and the safety rules.
- Introduction to caving.
- 15-minute walk back to the meeting point.

In the heart of the Ardèche gorges in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is the cave of Déroc. Located in the valley of Ibie, the cave of Déroc is a decorated cave in which we can see prehistoric drawings. There are also impressive concretions and magnificent galleries. Accessible to all, the cave of Déroc is very easy of access.
A ccompanied by a state-qualified instructor, follow in the footsteps of prehistoric men during an introductory caving session. The visit of the different galleries and caverns of the Déroc cave is ideal for beginners, make a first underground exploration with your family and discover caving with ease!
