Practical information
Experience a unique 2.5-hour sunrise cruise on the Zambezi to observe wildlife, including birds, on the banks of the river.
Course of events
Please allow around 3.5 hours of experience in total.
- Pick-up from your accommodation in Victoria Falls (within 3km of the Explorers Village Hotel) early in the morning, usually around 5.30 a.m.
- Drive to Victoria Falls National Park (10 to 15 minutes drive)
- Boarding of the boat with safety briefing
- Departure for a 2.5-hour cruise on the Zambezi River to watch the birds at sunrise, with coffee, tea and muffins available
- Return to the port, disembarkment and return to Victoria Falls (10 to 15 minutes drive)
- Drop off in front of your accommodation to end the activity
