About Sporty Day in the Barbaira canyon at Rocheta Nervinnia near Nice.
We had to hike up the Barbaira canyon and come down sliding, jumping, abseiling, swimming.

Very fun activity! Some in our group have never been in a canoe before and they still had a great trip! The pictures don't do the trip justice, it was amazing and definitely not the last time we do it.

About Canyon of the Audin stream near Nice.
It was a lovely half day out, for us a nice and easy intriduction into what canyoning is. There were many nice slides. It wasnt very challenging, but for us as firsttimers it was great. It also makes this perfect for kids.

Absolutely fantastic introduction to canoe rafting! Qualified instructors that take very good care of your safety. One remark: our group was rather big and of very diverse experience which made it necessary to stop & wait quite often. Smaller group would have increased the thrill
