A sea kayaking excursion in the Saguenay Fjord from Cap Jaseux, accompanied by a guide for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
- Round trip of 5 to 12 km (depending on your group's level), including a short stop on a clay beach
- An experience open to all levels, with the guide adjusting the pace of the trip according to the group's level
- Possibility of seeing local wildlife, including seals and birds (great blue herons, geese, cormorants, etc.)
Course of events
Please allow up to 3 hours for the whole experience.
- Meeting with an instructor at the park reception 30 minutes before the start of the activity (10 minutes if you are already on site, free parking and toilets available)
- Distribution of equipment and 10-minute walk to the sea kayaks on the riverbank
- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions
- Departure for a 2-hour and 15-minute guided sea kayak excursion in the Saguenay Fjord
- Return to the riverbank, then to the park reception (10-minute walk) to return the equipment
- Possibility to change and shower on site to end the activity
Activity requirements
You do not need to know how to swim to participate in this activity.
Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the activity (10 minutes if you are already on site).
Minors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Minors aged 17 and over must present a parental authorisation to take part in the activity independently.
You mustn't be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Special terms
Children aged 8 and 9 must board the same kayak as a responsible adult.
Please note that you will be in pairs per kayak.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant people.
Accompanying persons who are not participating in the activity can wait in the reception pavilion.
Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
