It is compulsory to be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters and to be able to fully immerse the body.
You must not have any medical contraindication to the practice of canyoning.
Minimum height: 125 cm (neoprene suits do not exist below this height)
Maximum weight: 135 kg
- Neoprene wetsuit jacket and 5 mm long john
- 3 mm neoprene socks
- Canyon shoes
- Helmet
- Harness, lanyards, carabiners and descender

Jumps, slides and optional abseiling will allow you to explore this canyon located in the Pyrénees-Ariégeoises, not far from the Spanish border, in the company of a state-qualified instructor to ensure your safety.
