For those who want to try multiple activities, Super SUP & Coasteering packages offer a dynamic combination of both.

If you prefer to stay closer to the shore, beginner’s bodyboarding lessons provide an accessible introduction to riding the waves. When to visit Newquay?

Newquay is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit depends on the activities you wish to enjoy. The peak season runs from late spring to early autumn (May to September), when the weather is mild, the sea is warmer, and the town is buzzing with energy. These months are ideal for surfing, coasteering, kayaking, and SUP, as conditions are generally favourable and local guides offer a full schedule of lessons and tours.

For those seeking quieter beaches and a more relaxed atmosphere, visiting in the shoulder seasons—April, early May, or late September—can be rewarding. The waves are often excellent for surfing, and the coastal scenery is just as spectacular. Winter months (October to March) see fewer visitors, but some activities, such as surfing and coasteering, continue with the right equipment and experienced guides. Always check availability and weather conditions before planning your adventure.

A great activity with a variety of activities within it. Did a lot of paddling, saw some seals, explored the caves and played some games using the SUP. Even got some tour information from Rosie, our guide.
